It's so versatile. I like using it in place of sour cream for tacos too.
It's somewhat on the pricey side, so a lot of times I just opt for cottage cheese and combine that with some protein powder, fruit, peanut butter, etc and dip some rice cakes in there. Delicious way to get some extra protonz.
Are rice cakes a major aspect of your diet? Give me a brand or something to look into.
