I'm a 22 year old competitive endurance athlete and looking to build a strong base in the off season. 6'3 and about 215. I would like to maybe gain 5 or so pounds but that's not my main goal. Just keeping good endurance. I've seen lots of good reports from Ostarine and Cardarine, including some of athletes in my division using Ostarine. I'm sure stacking these would be best but until I can foot that bill would be using one individually be beneficial? And if so, which one? 12 week cycle? And I would assume no PCT from just using 1?
