You don't have to wait any length of time bro. You can eat just as soon as you want to have a meal. It has no bearing on the MK677 at all

677 will be far more potent and pronounced... you get bigger results... with the ghr's and ghrp's, your getting smaller gains, more drawn out etc... there's not much comparison in terms of strength between them and 677... 677 is far stronger...

If you look at the reviews and logs, it appears that MK-677 blows ghrp out of the water in terms of results. Of course you're also aware of how hard it is to find decent peptides as well. Another benefit is dosing MK677 orally instead of daily pinning

after 2-3 weeks it starts to subside... you need to eat fiber rich foods, chew gum, drink a tea in the morning etc... this will help curb your appetite...
