Dull ache in upper left abdomen

Dull ache in upper left abdomen, like tightness , feeling sick aswell. I'm not sure if it's to do with the pancreas, but I've got a strong feeling it is. Is this anything major that I should get checked up?

Pain in upper left ab is likely a stomach / colon issue. (I am no doctor btw but went through a lot of GI issues). Dull persistent pain in that region could be caused by excessive stomach acid and esophagus reflux. If it were me - depending on the severity of the symptoms - I'd run a two week stint of Prilosec and make sure you are avoiding all acidic food and juice (including OJ, soda, chocolate, tomato sauce, alcohol and coffee for a few days as well. If it persists or gets worse - or if you have other symptoms like blood in the stool or vomiting go to the doc and make sure you go to a GI doc not a General Practitioner

Yeah, doctor for sure if you've been experiencing this for a week.
From someone who has recently had stomach surgery, that sound like the same place I hurt in, but that is simply a guess.
Get on in and get checked out.

It's nothing serious by any means. It's just like a slight pressure .

You never actually know if it's something serious until you get it checked out. Just make a quick appt with your GP and get it looked at. Better safe than sorry.

And if you don't have medical insurance just visit the urgent care center, the one around the corner from me is only $80 a visit so their prices are affordable. Health is priceless

Agreed. Urgent care is the way to go. That way you don't have to pay the crazy ass fees of the emergency room.

Go see the doc, you might have GI issues. Have them run bloods and check your inflammation markers and a stool sample for bacteria/blood.

Nobody here is going to be able diagnose you bro. If this is something concerning, go get looked at to be safe and sure about it.

I think it's something to do with digestion, I've got a strong feeling it is, but I'll get it checked just in case.

Bro what other symptoms did you have before you had surgery?
