Try not to miss doses, but if you do just resume normal dosing the next day. Dont increase it

How do you know how many milligrams you are getting at a time?

It says the mg per ml on the bottle and the dropper has markings to let you know how many ml you are taking. So for example, if you are taking MK-2866 and the dose is 25mg ED, the bottle comes as 50mg/ml so since you know that 1ml (full dropper) is 50mg, you would fill to the 0.5ml line on the dropper (halfway) to get 25mg. Easy.

You measure it as mg per ml so for example a bottle of mk2866 has a concentration of 50mg per ml so one full dropper is 50mg and half of a ml would be 25 mg and so on

This is my first time that Ill be using sarms and I didnt know whether the bottle had markings on it because some guy on YouTube was using a syringe to measure the dosage instead of the sarms by itself. (He wasnt injecting them). Thought i was going to have to buy a syringe

If you went with sarmx it has the markings on the dropper

No that's not necessary at all with sarmsx. It comes with a dropper that is clearly marked for easy measuring

sarmsx has a dropper in each sarm that allows for precise measuring bro

good question bro and im glad you asked so people can see this one because im sure many think that this is okay to do... definitely not a good thing though... just dont make it a habit (which i already know you would not) but one day will not hurt you bro... double dosing however could...

Sounds good thanks for the reply, I definitely won't make it a habit, I usually have my SR on me but didn't wanna lose it at this event. I will make sure I don't double dose as well!
