So usually I only post when I wanna ask a question or need some guidance, but this post I wanted to share something that will be helpful for anyone.
Being a teacher I’m around dirty ass kids who are usually always sick lol. So I wanted something to really boost my immune system. I’ve been following mike ohearn, one of the smartest guys in the fitness industry, and he shared his green health drink. Ever since I started drinking this I haven’t gotten sick, knock on wood. I’ll either drink it first thing in the morning about 30 min before my first meal or right after fasted cardio. Here it is:
Green tea (cold): 8-10oz
Broccoli: 4 oz
Spinach: 1 serving (85g)
Vitamin C: 1 packet
Green Powder (any good brand): 1 scoop
BCAA’s: 1 scoop
Glutamine: 1 scoop
Collagen Peptides: 1 scoop
Try it out if you get sick often! I’ve been going at this for 4 months and feel great.
