I've been on 700mg of EQ and 350 test cyp now for about 2 months... can I add deca to this to try to get more size? I'm eating as much as I can and still can't gain size. If I do add deca how much should I add. Thanks

its never a good idea to just start throwing things into a cycle, especially something like deca, that is a far longer ester... you will be extending your cycle at least another twelve weeks, turning this into a 20 week cycle minimum... if you wanted to add deca at this point, my advice would be to add npp so that you only need to run it 8 weeks... you will also need to get caber as well... i would honestly just hold off... its not a good idea to just start adding different things this far in... size starts with diet first, so you need to be accommodating your desired size to the amount of calories needed... you could also add tbol on the back end for extra size going into pct... how long are you planning on running this cycle?

yes, try that and also give it a chance bro... it wont add 20 lbs or anything crazy... it will have the capability for clean size, if you train and eat right, 10 lbs is very achievable with it...
 
I would save the deca. If you're already 8 weeks in, it would be pointless to add in deca because it would basically just begin reaching peak levels by the time you end the cycle. EQ takes a while to really build up so you should start feeling the effects of that now moving forward. Just finish up your last 8 weeks and wait till next time bud.

You have to be Patient with these compounds bro, and sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. What have you gained so far?
 
I got real cut, vascular, off it so far which I did want, but I thought I would be gaining more lean muscle mass off it, but it doesn't seem to be doing that yet.. but it has made me look a lot better

In my honest opinion, it sounds like your diet is lacking a bit. You need to be in a caloric surplus if you want to gain mass. Are you tracking your macros or calories at all? It's xtremely important to do so in order to make sure you are eating correctly
 
No not tracking religiously... I have meals sent to me that are for body building... so I know what I'm getting thru those... I eat 4 of those meals a day..which are full of protein and carbs, then I do 3 to 4 protein drinks a day... then certain snacks like nuts and fruit, so I just kind of estimate where I'm at with the ingredients on the packages.. then I eat at like subway or in and out for lunch.. so I'm usually never hungry? But probably still not enough

It's very possible you are under eating bro. What is your height, weight, age, bodyfat? You should really track things, especially if you are spending all that money on those bodybuilding meals. You want to make sure they are going to good use

subway or in n out burger? bro, seriously, that's not the way to eat when your running cycles and training... subway is garbage alone and in n out is right there with it... you need to reassess and clean this up man... whether your bulking or cutting, either way, that shit is not going to fly for a diet...
