I'm looking to start my first cycle of dbol and testbooster they are the pills. I watched all your videos on it and I was wondering what else I should be doing while taking these besides gym. Food intake, what to do after the the pills are done. This will be my first time doing steriods
 
Really stupid cycle. You should do research before wanting to do this to your body. If you want a first cycle then run 250mg-500mg test cyp or E only.

500 is way to high for first run. But orals only are ill advised. They are hepatoxic, and cause shutdown.

First cycle is always test only.
 
First of all, this idea of Dbol and a test booster is complete crap. Second, please provide us your complete stats for further advice. Age, weight, height, body fat, nutrition and goals.

No bro....just no. You don't run an oral only Dbol cycle. That's about the worst thing you could do. It sounds like you have no knowledge at all on what you are doing, so you need to take a step back and refrain from doing anything right now. Let's start off by getting your full stats, goals, and experience

I'm 20, weighing in at 140. I've been on creatine for a while now just don't see the results I want. My goal is 160-170 in a month. I'm 6'0. I'm daily good at my protein and calorie intake a day.

Buddy I hate to break it to you, but you are way way too young for steroids and way too undersized for any type of steroid whatsoever. You have not put in the time to build a proper natural foundation. You don't see the results you want because you are not eating correctly....guaranteed. That's where it all starts
 
okay you need to stop all this nonsense bull shit right now... EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING you want to do could not be more wrong... 1. you are WAY too young... NOONE on the planet is going to advise you to use this unless they have a motive for your money... 2. oral only cycles are pretty much the stupidest thing you could ever do and lastly, you run dbol at that weight and your height... you are going to fucking destroy your tendons, ligaments, joints etc... you go ahead and do what you want but dont come back crying when you are just a complete destructed mess of a person... you will NEVER be the same

This sounds so ridiculous i am inclined to believe you are a troll. We have all been 20 and some of us were 140 at that age as well so that part is not ridiculous. Your expectations are what are ridiculous. You are not going to gain 20-30lbs in a month - not of muscle. You are to young for steroids bro. I guarantee you the problem lies with your nutrition and training. There was a young guy on here this morning your age that put on 30 pounds in 3 years of training naturally - that is more realistic and within the realm of expectation. If you want nutrition and training advice we will be glad to help, but as far as steroids forget it.

Listen to these guys man. Im 36 did my first cycle in my early 30s and did not have the proper diet. I did gain about 25 plus pounds, but sure most was water weight. If you try to take short cuts, your going to do more damage to yourself in the long run
