Hey Dylan,

I'm 26 years old and for 3 years now I've been on TRT due to extremely low levels. I am a beginner when it comes to anything extra and an running a 6 week cycle of Test-C 250 (500 x week). I have some nolvadex for PCT, but was wondering your suggestion on when I should begin taking the nolvadex and what dosage you recommend. Thank you for your videos on YouTube, they have been helpful for future reference and also thank you for your time

you dont know what you are doing bro... you dont need pct on trt and i dont think its wise for you to be using anything other than trt right now... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat?
