Hi everyone,
Its been a long time ago since i've even thought about doing a cycle again. I think it was about 8 years ago since I did a few small cycles.
If not mistaken, first one was Winstrol only. Second was Winstrol + test E. 3rd was Winstrol, Test P and Bold. 2nd and 3rd with proper PCT.
Anyway, this was when I was still doing a lot of fitness/bodybuilding. Since then ive been focussing more on my martial arts.
Since about a year ago i've been doing 4/5x strength & conditioning to compliment my martial arts training which is 6-8x a week. Now my problem here is that
im getting to a point where small, minor injuries like finger, toes, knee, shoulder and sometimes back joint make it hard for me to improve/ keep training at a high level.
There for i'm thinking of using a small cycle which could help me to speed up recovery in between training. And if in the process I get a bit leaner/stronger/harder then I wouldn't mind. Preferably I don't want to gain any weight, or at least keep it a bare minimum. Hope you guys can help me out here and point me in the right direction, any advice is welcome! Thanks in advance!
my stats are as followed:
age:32
height: 171cm
weight: 72kg
bfi: on average about 10%, sometimes a bit higher, sometimes a bit lower
