I wanted to start off by saying thanks. Your content is some of the only reliable information available on the subject of PEDs. I have certainly looked at you for advice, without which, I would have absolutely harmed my body. I am starting my second cycle at the age of 26, though I would consider it my first “real” cycle as my previous was sloppy and incomplete. I’m going to attach an image that details the cycle and was hoping you would take a look at it and correct any glaring issues. I am 6’2
230 16% body fat with 10+ years of serious lifting experience. My goal is to recomp. to ~12-13% body fat and to build strength in my bench and squat.

-aromasin is at 11mg because that is the dosage per cap. The cycle, to my untrained eye, seems mild so I figured it would suffice.
-overall I wanted the cycle to be mild, yet effective. I’m not going to be a hero. My goal was to use as few “risky” substances as possible for results.
