Cycle questions

Dylan,

I watch a lot of your videos and have 2 questions.

1) If I use Clomid PCT and the only other thing I have is Aromasin, what are the 2 doses I should use both of these together at, or is Aromasin used for PCT?

2) how to body builders manage to look insanely ripped but also put on no fat? When I bulk I put on abdomen fat even though I do get bigger.. I assume this is Tren that works wonders for body builders?

Thanks for all the info you provide

if you honestly think that steroids are the reason body builders stay ripped then you need to come back to reality.. you realize i just put on 25 lbs. in 12-13 weeks and gained no fat and you know why? not because of steroids... yes, anadrol helped me put the size on but come on, anadrol is not a steroid for cutting up yet i still manage and how? my diet, my training, my discipline... if you think your going to be dependent upon steroids to do that, your in for a surprise and not a good one... you need to come back to reality bro and check yourself first... you might THINK your doing things right but then when it comes down to it, you find out your not and thats FINE, thats what its all about, is learning through trial and error but the mindset you have, its very flawed...

your pct is not complete at all and that will also be a huge problem.. you should not use steroids if you do not know what your doing... when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

here is the link for the pct you need followed by the layout..

clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day

Agreed with above. For t he billionth time: IT'S ALL ABOUT NUTRITION

Stay off social media. NO ONE looks like that all the time.

NEVER skimp on PCT. If you can't get PCT hold off on a cycle.

You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

Also; read this:

Age: 28

Weight/height: 185 now, started at 160.. 5'9

Cycle history: I've did one cycle of just Test E 250mg/cc alone because from all the advice I've received, you want to start your body off with 1 substance to see how you react. I have been doing around 1.8 CC per week (0.9cc x 2 to get more stable levels) for the last 9 weeks.

Training: about 2-3 years consistently (4-5 days per week, 1-1 1/2 hours per day), but have worked out off and on for 7-8 years.

Diet : I was eating around 2200 calories per day then realized that wasn't enough. I am now taking in about 2800-3000 per day. But, in the process of gaining more weight and mass, I also have put on some abdomen fat. Not a crap ton, but when I see other dudes who use steroids, they somehow manage to look massive and still have abs.

Dylan's videos: yes I did watch them, and in one he says Clomid and Nolva preferably together but unless I missed it, he never said if it was a terrible idea to just use Clomid alone.

As for the other guy just bashing me, this is why I usually don't come to forums. Either give me some constructive criticism or just tell me to get lost and I'll figure it out. But it does no good to say 20 times "bro you don't have a clue" .. I eat clean every day with probably one cheat meal per week.

Edit: as for specifics in my diet, on a typical day:

Breakfast: 5 eggs, 1 piece of cheese, and 2 packets of oatmeal with some milk = 750 calories

Meal 2: one piece of tilapia, serving of brown rice, protein shake 2 scoops and some milk = 540 calories

Meal 3: big piece of chicken, 2 servings of brown rice this time, serving of pork loin, broccoli = 600 calories

Work out 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins

Meal 4: Plain tuna in water packet (2 1/2 servings or 180 calories), sweet potato, protein shake 2 scoops and some fat free milk, cup of orange juice = 680 calories

Meal 5: banana, egg whites (150 calories/6 servings), big piece of chicken = 380 calories

Meal 6: piece of salmon, green beans, brown rice 1 serving = 300 calories

3250 total calories. Tons of protein, tons of carb, some days I'll replace a cup of rice with some high protein bread some days.

Because (as stated b4) they have their nutrition dialed in and they don't look like that all time.

2200 calories of what? how often? how was it prepared?

See my post above, I edited it with basically exactly what I eat daily. Everything is baked or just put in a pan on the stove. No kinds of vegetable oil ever used. Most I use is 0 calorie cooking spray just to keep everything from sticking to pans.

As for goals, I would eventually like to be 200 pounds one day but I don't want to look fat doing it. That's the funny thing I keep reading is guys saying "bro eat clean and you won't put on fat." How am I supposed to believe that? If I eat 3500 calories but don't go into deficit, that is in fact stored as fat is it not? So if I eat clean, rice and chicken all day long, it won't matter if I'm not burning it off will it? Won't I still pack on fat? But if you can give me some science behind why eating a clean 3500 calories vs a dirty 3500 calories is any different if you're not burning them off, I'm all ears.

There are hundreds of intangibles; you adapt to nutrition just like training, your plan above may not be the best one FOR YOU. How do you know you don't need more or less than 3500 calories.

"A big piece" is also very subjective. Meals should be rationed out in weight; X ounces of chicken, X ounces of greens, etc.

The milk you're drinking. one meal you said fat free the other just milk...milk has a lot of sugar & fat.

Pork loin is loaded with salt and fat.

Banana = sugar. Shakes = sugar (and whatever else they hide in there)

5 WHOLE eggs? Yolk included?

When I say a big piece of chicken, I mean 6-8 oz. all milk I drink is fat free. Pork loin has 3.5g of fat per serving. That isn't a lot of fat is it and I was always told pork loin is good lean meat? And yes 5 whole eggs, yolk included.

What you're missing the point on is you can eat in surplus and accumulate minimal fat gain if you expend the right amount of calories by means of training/cardio. I've ate 4100 calories a day and maintained 12%, ate like a mouse and was at 7% and lost a shit ton of weight/muscle as well. So understand it's like poppin a wheelie... gotta find your balance point.

Eating clean, at least mostly, is the most constructive and successful way to make progress, because of the micronutrients in them. However, it does at the end of the day primarily come down to calories in versus calories out and macro breakdown no matter how you get them. Trust me I know all about it. I eat clean meals for 90% of my meals, but I'm also a proponent of IIFYM and fitting certain foods into my diet that aren't considered clean. I may have pizza or burgers on certain days as a cheat meal but it's part of my structured plan to make my macros work at the end of the day. It's all checks and balances.

You need a defcit to lose, and a surplus to gain and the macros are what determines how much muscle you gain or how much fat you lose respectively

It may not sound like it but 2 oz. is a big difference over a week/month worth of meals. The meal needs to be an exact amount. Not 6-8 oz.

3.5 g of fat per serving? What's a serving? 2oz? 20? If you want to be lean the fat and salt of the pork has to go.

5 egg yolks per day is a also a ton of fat
