I Am looking for advice regarding my first cycle; body recomposition. The main problem I have is: I can't eat alot of protein sources due to allergies and have to relie on meats and fish for protein. My treshhold is about 160/180 grams of protein a day, after this I notice my body is not handling the protein well. (Upset stomach, feeling warm, minor allergic reactions like short breath etc.) If I keep it around 180 Max and spread it throughout the day I Am fine.
I am looking for a cycle that doesn't build a lot of muscle perse, but preserves what I have and cuts some fat.
My stats; 24 y/o, lifting 8 years, 180cm tall, 97 kilo's @ 21% bodyfat. I Will drop down natty to below 15% before I Will start The following:
I was thinking:
1ml of test E or C / week OR
1ml of test P EOD
+
Winstrol tabs building up to 50 mg with increments of 10 mg a week for 6 weeks max at the end of the cycle OR tbol tabs same protocol OR a combination of Both? What do you think?
Reason I am choosing doing the tabs at the end of the cycle is I want to Experience test only first and see/feel what it does.
Is it worth to add some primo to this all, even if it means losing the ability to do test only toe the first few weeks?
Also, what sarms are best for my type of situation?
