Cutting with Sarms - Diet question

So I'm thinking of buying the Cutting Stack and adding LGD to it for a 4-12 week cut depending on how long it takes me to get where I want. For my diet, should I keep my diet the same as if I were to cut as a 100% natty, as in a 20-25% deficit (which would be 550 calories for me), or would I be able to increase the deficit for faster fat loss, for example a 50% deficit, for a total of 1100 calories per day? If I do this, would I have zero muscle loss while running Cardarine, S4, and LGD?

Also, if I replace LGD with Stenabolic, would it be even better at preventing muscle breakdown, or is LGD better at stopping muscle loss?

Finally, is the muscle preserving properties of Cardarine alone already good enough to handle muscle breakdown prevention while eating at large caloric deficits, and intense cardio?

you cant eat at that much of a deficit bro... you will actually starve yourself and will set yourself back further... all sarms are great at preventing muscle wastage... of course lgd would be better at keeping muscle than stenabolic... here's how you should run this

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Nobody is going to be able to tell you how much muscle loss you will experience. However, I can say that at that deficit eating 1100 calories a day you are going to experience some degree of muscle waste. I would go no lower than 1500-1700

exactly... even females that are dieting eat more than 1100 calories.. it will do nothing good for you in any way whatsoever... not to mention, you will have less than zero energy to even work out as it is... fuck, it will be tough at 1700-1800

I start having a hard time below 2000 a day. Usually prefer to start increasing my TDE - CARDIO - rather than to continue dropping calories below 2000. Hell, on 2000 calories for me that's only 250p 50f 137c. What's worked for me is starting at a 500 cal/day deficit then as I begin to plateau or slow, reduce the calories another 200/day or increase cardio. I leave "tools" in the box so to speak so I can continue to make adjustments in order to maintain about 1 pound a week loss.

thats a good method... rarely do i like to go under 500 for the deficit.. thats when you generally start to run into trouble... as many have said, raise the amount of cardio to help burn more fat... starving yourself will only inhibit fat loss

I like my food and I prefer to eat as much as I can yet still be in a deficit.

i completely understand... i have worked on ways to make all of my food the best it can possibly be and i do look forward to things daily... i stay in a deficit most all year though as well...

I hate being on a cut. The mood goes south after about 4 weeks of it. I don't like cheat days as I bloat really easy coming off a cut. I like to hit some maintenance cal days in there with really heavy carbs too. Good luck on your cut. I'm about to embark with the same deal with a 12 week Sarms cycle on top of it. I hope it'll get me where I need to be to start the next cycle.

imagine how i feel ALL YEAR since im on a cut the entire time... LOL =) although this year i have added more carbs and have cut even more... i was always low carb but it just crushes your mood, energy etc. over time...

Too much of a defecit is never a good thing to do. Slow and steady always wins the race. No matter what you are on, you should never lose, more than 2 lbs per week. A defecit of 500 under maintenance per day with added cardio for more of a defecit is more than plenty to get you where you need to be. Cutting too much at once will also stall your metabolism which puts a halt to fat loss all together

AWESOME info guys thanks a lot! I think I'm gonna do just a 500 deficit with cardio. Also, to clarify, stenabolic is basically as if your body is exercising and doing cardio, but constantly throughout the day even when you're not doing anything right?

excellent brother... stenabolic works throughout the day, yes... its increasing your metabolism throughout and thus increasing the amount of fat burned...

I workout in the mornings, do you guys think running after or before workout is better?

Cardio always first thing for me. That's exactly how I'd do it brother

You don't want to do cardio after tearing and breaking your muscles down from weights. After a workout what you need is to replenish and recover with the right nutrients

What's your daily caloric requirement at baseline, like when you use macro calculators? 2000 for me is only 200 below my 2200 maintenance.

im not sure what his is but everyone is different... you cant use someone else's maintenance in comparison with yours...

What do you think about doing a cut, but with the Ultra Recomp Stack for 12 weeks? I'm just considering that for the discount lol.

the ultra is excellent for cutting... you most certainly can cut with it but the one that will cut you even more is the enhanced super stack... take a look at that stack...
