I think that you should run it 16 weeks then see where you are at . you need to adjust dose as you go. start at 1.2mg and work your way up slowly

you will get good results on it after 3-4 weeks, then keep it going.. maybe raise the dose 1mg every 2-3 weeks until you get to maintenance
