Right now i'm cutting 2700 kcal, and I still can't lose any weight tbh I gained a few kilos?
I have around 205g of carbs should i maybe try to cut thm down to 150?
1 meal: 100g oatmeal with 1 scoop of whey for taste
2 meal: 2 cans of tuna
3 meal: 250grams of chicken and 100g of pasta
3 meal: 250grams of beef and 100g of pasta
300mg of test e its 1cc a week and 12.5 aromasin eod from sarmsx. You think i should try to cut i down to 2500 kcal a day? adn carb load of heavy days(back and legs)
