Hey everyone, I had made a previous post talking about a second cycle and I've decided to make one on my current first cycle.
I started running 400mg a week of test-e on dec. 12th and plan to run it for 10 weeks. As I need to get levels down for my trt doctors apt March 15.
Currently running adex with it and have been confused with how much I should take.. I've been taking .25mg ed. However, should I run it eod as I've lately become more tired, having trouble getting erections, and generally not feeling as well as I was before? I know blood work is prob needed soo is their a blood test company u guys reccomend that isn't through a dr... also what r ur thoughts on arimidex? Throughout my trt I've been having issues dialing in the dose and was gonna ask dr for a different AI.

Weight 190-195
Body fat 18% ish

My goal with this cycle is just a recomp.. trying to add some muscle and maintain it while slowly dropping some lbs.
 
For your body condition and goals you should be focused on the basics
Diet and training....not steroids
You have no foundation to build on

I don't think Youre in a good position for a recomp honestly. Your bodyfat is quite high for that. You should be more focused on dieting down. Steroids aren't fat burners.

As far as the low energy and erectile problems. That could be from high estrogen or low estrogen if you crashed it. I personally think adex is trash and I would never use it. But you really need blood tests to determine what the problem is.
 
Hey buen thanx for the reply.. I am concentrating on diet and working out. Have my diet I think in check and training 5-6 days a week with 30 mins cardio every other day.. as for no foundation, ok.. just wanted info on the ai situation.. not something a lot of people can give advice on..

Thanx a lot for info.. I will ask my doctor about changing ai.. think it is crashed.. issue I've had for awhile and been playing around with dose with dr. But still having issues. I guess I will get blood work again.. ive had to get bloods a couple times now due to the estrogen issues being to low.. maybe an ai at injection is all that's needed. I've never said I am using test for fat burning.. I was on trt anyway and had some left over and wanted to do this.. as for body fat again I'm not sure what it is that is based off a scale.. I mean when I'm working out and pumped I can see the top of abs.. soo again I'm not sure about bf it may be way off.. may be closer to 15% I dunno
 
arimidex is merely a suppressor while aromasin is a suicide inhibitor and actually kills estrogen... there's no way on the planet earth you should be using steroids right now bro... i certainly would not advise it even if you paid me... NOW, not to say you cant get in the right condition because you absolutely can but i dont know anyone thats going to advise use at 18%... its not smart whatsoever... your going to do what you want to do but its a mistake bro...
 
Well bro 15-18% is a huge difference.
Get your bodyfat measured.

Aromasin is better then arimidex yes. Like Dylan said aromasin kills estrogen. Adex merely inhibits it's binding.
 
Thanx a lot Dylan.. I'll def ask my doctor if there r better options for me and the aii situation. As for the rest thanx for the concern and info.. def respect how much u care about the members. I'll try and loose some more bf%.. 👌🏼
 
At 18% BF you are in no condition to run gear. I would Up that cardio big time and track your eating habits. You should easily be able to get under 15% bf with that training and diet dialed in.

Also I would increase cardio to 40min a session 4-5x a week

Thanx for ur response.. yea Ima go to the gym nearby me and see if a trainer can do an accurate test.. doing the math and looking at 18% body fat I'm not sure that the scale is right lol.. soo I understand everyone's response telling me not to mess around until I'm in better condition and giving me the warning... Ima def ask the doctor if he can prescribe me aromasin then.. thanx for the quick response

Yea I was just replying to spikedegg and saying I got that info from a scale monitor.. Ima go and get my bf% checked at the gym.. I have a feeling the scale was a little off.. either way I will up the cardio to 40 mins 4-5x and see if that speeds things along.. thank u

Bro... you are on TRT and even if you were at 15% BF .. it shows that you really don't have a foundation
You should not be running a cycle... just stick with your TRT and dial in your nutrition and training

Think of it like this... you don't run high octane race fuel in a regular car... you need to beef up the crank and connecting rods, adjust the valves, increase compression...then you can take advantage of the increased horsepower

You need to do the same... drop BF...build up some solid muscle definition...build strong bone and connecting tissue...
Then you can safely/effectively cycle
