Extreame wide grip lat pull down. Like get the 35lb curl bar and set it through some handles attached to the cable... Makes like a 4ft wide pulldown.
I think just rows honestly are another favorite.
I feel the same but also when you find the right training partner it makes a world's difference. You will end up battling your mind to often in the long run with training solo. It takes that extra push sometimes to break barriers. At least for me.
I guess I just haven't found anyone to train with yet quite on my level. Anyone I've ever trained with so far has been nothing but a hinderence to progress.

Ditto. But I maybe should start lifting with my buddy who's 245, 6ft2". He's definitely stronger than me and I can probably challenge him in endurance.
