if you are asking whether your S4 is real you should feel the effects within a week in my experience and if you get night vision sides - which may take longer - you can be sure its real S4!
Just buy it from a place that lots of people use or find someone with sarmsx stuff. If you buy it from some random site or eBay/Amazon you're going to get screwed. Also sites selling capsules are very sketch in my opinion.
