Carbs intake while on a bulking cycle

Hello, what kind of carbs should I take while bulking, I know you have to moderate them or they will turn into fat , something that you don't want, but on the other hand if you don't take enough it will affect the recovering and muscle gain process , also what time is the best time to have your last carb of the day, thanks for replies.
 
Eat all your carbs early in the day, when you are more active. After about 6pm you want to limit down your carbs a lot. You always want to eat at least 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
 
For me, the last carb of the day should be taken after working out. As for the kinds of carbs to intake, you need to take low glycemic carbs, such as:
Nuts
Legumes
Fructose (Basic sugar found in fruits)
Pasta (Boiled 5 min.)
Dairy ( Ice cream, skim milk, whole milk, yogurt)
Fruits (ONLY-plums, peaches, apples, oranges, pears, grapes, grapefruit)(contains fructose)
Rice (polished), or brown
Sweet potato
Oats
All-bran
Most Vegetables ( exceptions- carrots, corn, root vegetables)
