What are you guys thoughts on carb cycling for bulk? I use card cycling & keto for cutting all the time,but was thinking of using carb cycling for a bulk. I have finally gotten to a good body fat% and I REALLY dont want to add any fat while bulking. I have done a cut before with carb cycling and a big deficet on macros...took LGD & GW and lost fat and added some impressive muscle for a cut. I was thinking of 4 days(workout days) +10%, and the other 3 days(non workout days) -20%...will be adding LGD, OSTA & GW. I do realize that that is a - overall. Any thoughts would be great!
