Carb Cycling and Bulking?

What are you guys thoughts on carb cycling for bulk? I use card cycling & keto for cutting all the time,but was thinking of using carb cycling for a bulk. I have finally gotten to a good body fat% and I REALLY dont want to add any fat while bulking. I have done a cut before with carb cycling and a big deficet on macros...took LGD & GW and lost fat and added some impressive muscle for a cut. I was thinking of 4 days(workout days) +10%, and the other 3 days(non workout days) -20%...will be adding LGD, OSTA & GW. I do realize that that is a - overall. Any thoughts would be great!
 
Speaking for myself and what has worked for me; you have to add some fat and water weight to be able to move more weight > bulk up.

Do you double your bodyfat? No.

But you have to get a little out of your comfort zone, IMO.
 
I agree. It's one of many mental struggles we have to face.

Hell, I have no clothes that fit now. I gotta choke myself to get a shirt and tie on to go to the office. I'm rotating 2-3 pairs of pants that don't squash my junk all day.

I told a co-worker this week; "get used to seeing the same stuff pretty regularly"

But it's all worth it when I compete again and am better overall.

how much are you trying to bulk? what are your current stats? age/height/weight/body fat?
 
I'm 47, 6', 193lbs, and 10%BF. My goal, for now, is 200lbs and keep bf at current level, or i wouldnt mind dropping 1%...
 
i would go with gw, s4 and mk2866 here with the goals you have brother... thats the most suitable stack or even gw, s4 and rad140..

I think lgd would work really well also, and actually my cycle of choice for you would have both rad and lgd in it, to effectively give you the ultra Recomp stack from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 rad140 20mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

you can run whatever you want... you gave a goal, that showed a gain of 7 lbs and fat loss in the process.. lgd is capable of adding more size than that, especially when stacked with the others... for YOUR GOAL, i gave you the most suitable options... you can use lgd for sure but when you give a goal, i give the best option.. it does not mean its the only option but it means its best suited for what you want
