currently on week 4 of LGD and Mk677. My s4 bottle just arrived today. Can I add it to my stack and start it today? Or is too late?

of course you can brother... you can add any sarm at anytime... you can just stop lgd at week 12 and continue with s4 to week 16... clearly you do not cycle off 677 so you would stay on that regardless... then you can start your mini pct right after you finish using s4
Absolutely. S4 will really round out and enhance that cycle a great deal.
Lgd and s4 go so well together, and MK677 just takes it to a new level. It will be a very effective stack for recomp

yes, 3 is necessary to get the full 12 weeks... you DEFINITELY do not want to skimp on s4!
