I placed an order with Napsgear and it was marked shipped on 2/4/24 that's 3 weeks now with no updates or no movement. How do I know if customs seized it or not? I've never had an issue with them until now and it's 2 orders with no movement or update. Can anyone help? Thank you

if you ordered international then customs can hold your package for a day or a month. you just never know.

seems like the mail is slow as hell right now after post office cut holiday workers.

Sitting in customs to get processed or because they seized the order?

I have had orders international that have sat for over a month and then just randomly show up. If it was seized you will get a letter so I wouldn't worry yet.
