Can anyone read these numbers and input doing self trt .Are these good numbers?

bros not sure how your numbers were before but i would use n2guard daily

lower your test dose to 90mg a week and drop the adex. as it stands your test levels are too high and your E levels are too low

Thanks for all the input, lowered dose a bit and stopped all ai, I was feeling some fatigue, just not not quite right, probably was the lower E.
2 questions 1. what should E be, seems to be alot of different info out on this

You should never need an AI on TRT so that is why I recommended lowering your test dose slightly. Like go to 90mg per day. N2Guard is just good to run every day regardless of what you are doing. It is always recommended.
