Blood work help

I am a 29 year old male 6' 1" 190 pounds about 12% BF. I have been lifting since I was in high school as well as being a good athlete-- a sprinter at the collegiate level. Until now I have not used steroids except for a 1 month pro hormone cycle which I PCTed with nolva when I was 23.

I plan to cycle 250mg-350mg test only (sustanon is what is available to me) for 10-12 weeks following up with "perfect post cycle therapy" HCG last 4 weeks, clomid, nolva, GW, MK2866, and aromacin. I am currently on my third injection when I received my blood work...

Reason for blood work was as recommended to have my baselines pre test so I can monitor my estradiol on cycle with arimidex or aromacin (have both). Upon receiving the blood work back I find myself confused and uneducated (more educated now after reading up) on some of these levels that seem to be abnormally low for my age and make up, but I guess I am not sure. Needless to say I am worried...

My total test was 427 (348-1197)
total LH was 4.8 (1.7-8.6)
total FSH (low) 1.4 (1.5-12.4)
total estradiol was 26.7 (7.6-42.6)

I am no expert, but my FSH and Test seem low. I don't think I am experiencing any side effects, however. I have what I consider to be a normal/high libido, normal erectile function, and am in pretty decent shape and strength in comparison to my peers. My mood was amazing day to day until i found this out.

As I read, everything points to an issue with my pituitary gland not creating enough FSH would directly relate to the low t. Am I over reacting? Can these numbers come in low due to things like lack of sleep for a few days prior, cutting weight, high protein diet etc..? The weekend before the monday morning test I had played multiple sports with my fitbit reading that I burned around 4500-5000 cals saturday and sunday, and I unfortunately slacked and ate around 2500 per day. only slept about 4 hours per night. Alcohol was maybe 3 drinks the entire weekend. Hoping these things could cause low readings in the days to come..?

I eat roughly 3200-3600 cals a day at a macro breakdown of 40% protein, 35 carb and 25 fat. All from clean sources.

The blood test was taken shortly after waking up fasted for 12 hours. I am scheduling a follow up test myself, as my health insurance does not kick in for a month so I would rather keep the doc out until then. I am hoping you can offer some advice.. obviously after 3 pins my test may be up slightly, but will fsh still read normal only a week and a half into cycle? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

your fsh is definitely low and it will bottom out when you use test... your test is also low for only being 29 years old...

your sleep theory is not likely at all.. do the follow up test first and then let me know... this is something you need an endocrinologist for
