Hello, New Member here. Lets get straight to the point shall we?

Name: Andy
Age: 25
From: UK
Height: 6'1
Weight: 220lbs Currently bulking was 207lbs
Cycle history:
I've completed one testosterone only cycle. (2013/14)

Intro:

I got into weight lifting at the age of 16, back in 2004 due to stress, tired of being the lanky tall guy etc. I constantly read and breathed bodybuilding growing up as a kid. I wanted to be jacked with massive legs. But adversity to my dreams and goals would hinder me.

This is where it all began for me. I remember reading genetics are everything, you either have them or you don't. Being 140 lbs. I remember saying to myself, "fuck genetics!" And began to take out my aggression, fear, pain, etc. Out on the weights at my local gym. I got interested in AAS. And started reading the forums. I remeber seeing many people told, "Wait till your older, AAS are not for you, wait till your 25". Well I am one of those guys who didn't listen to you all, and waited did my first cycle at 23. I have many years of training under my belt. I have nutrition exp, diet exp, supplement exp, some AAS, PCT, Etc, some protocol exp. I've never competed and don't intend to either although I've been told to previously when I've worked my ass of with some renowned PTs such as Neil Hill and many more.

I did some research but dont know everything, and am here to learn, Listen and keep my mouth shut.. I wont be asking for sources, etc. Like some of these dudes, giving themselves away that they didn't read the rules, and stickys. I have had alot of questions, and found my answers in the stickys (Thanks to all of you). I read a gang load of the stickys, Rules, New Member Info, etc. I look forward being friends, colabortating, etc.

Character: Someone who is trustworthy and loves bodybuilding, fitness and nutrition, who is respectful, honest, who will tell it like it is #RealTalk. Someone willing to Learn, take your comments serious, and to fact check everything, and be smart about this shit. I would like advice, help, and for someone to take me under there wing.

I would like someone to review my blood tests possibly Dylan himself that I did recently. Please bare in mind I'm in the UK so the metrics may be different and may need converting.

My doctor mentioned that my LH levels were low and there was nothing to worry about (a little concerned). The reason for blood tests was because I'm planning a testosterone and anavar cycle soon, probably after a 12 week cut and when I'm around 12% BF since I'm very receptive to aromatisation.

Blood test date: 21/08/2017

Serum Oestradiol level - 94 pmol/ L
Serum FSH level - 2 iu/ L
Lutenising Hormone - 10 iu/L
Serum Testostrone - 8.8 nmol/L
Serum TSH level - 1.87 Mu/L

I would appreciate if anybody could shed light on the above tests, I believe the above suggests I could be in the red zone. The LH and FSH suggest I may have problem with my hypothalamus?

Thanks for having me iSarms.

There should be a "range" on each value on your blood work bro... different clinics often have different ranges and metrics

As Gian says you should have been given a reference range.

Being British I'm a bit more familiar with UK reference ranges and for what it's be worth I can tell you LH is high but FSH and test are at the bottom of the range. Oestradiol is normal.

my apologies guys should have known to included the ranges:

Serum Oestradiol level - 94 pmol/ L - (range) 50.00 -218.00 pmol/L
Serum FSH level - 2 iu/ L -
(range) 2.00 - 12.00iu/L
Lutenising Hormone - 10 iu/L
(range) 2.00 - 9.00iu/L
Serum Testostrone - 8.8 nmol/L - (range) 8.60 - 29.00nmol/L
Serum TSH level - 1.87 Mu/L - (range) 0.27-4.20mu/L

Somethings clearly not right, it appears my brain is in overdrive telling the boys to produce test but it's not happening hence the elevated LH levels (which my doctor seems to think is normal). Is this a sign of primary hypogonadism?

Test is certainly low. I would explore options to raise your values. Possibly starting come Clomid and Nolva to try and raise it

I used clomid and nolvadex the usual protocol. I dropped clomid due to sides. I did take blood tests, il try pull these out.

clomid and nolva is NOT a usual protocol at all... its not even close to a full pct... you need to go to A DOCTOR and ask about trt, not ask people on the internet

Thank you for your reply.

My doctor won't entertain the idea of trt due to being in the UK. In fact he's adamant I'm fine.

I've spoken to a few trt specialist but it will cost me almost £400+ a month which isn't feasible.

I may consider to self administer trt once I've fully researched the idea.

Is that all you used for pct? And how long did you run Clomid before dropping it? That was not a complete pct. this is what a complete pct looks like

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/platinum-pct-stack

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
MK-2866 25mg ED
GW 20mg ED

Sorry I did run aromasin too! Forgot to mention I cycled with hcg too whilst running the testostrone.
