I know carbs are essential to build and maintain muscle on a cycle. I started in the past weeks backloading my carbs in the evening.
My goal during my cycle is to lean out and tighten up muscle density. I have pretty much been eating a steak and egg diet throughout the day. 3 meals of fats and proteins.
Do you feel backloading carbs is a good way to help achieve these goals? Or spacing the carbohydrates out throughout the day?
