Found this yesterday while shopping. Anyone use avacado oil for cooking?

I didn't notice any flavor. 14g of heart healthy fat per tbsp.

Avacado oil is more of a way to add healthy fats to your diet. PAM is a low calorie option and doesn't really have many health benefits.
 
I use it all the time. It has a really high smoke point, and a very neutral flavor. I cook with it, and then top foods after they come out of the oven (or, out of a pan) with some extra virgin olive oil (or, some other healthy fat) for flavor.

I just use the Pam because it keeps my eggs from sticking to the pan lol. I'm not tracking fats, only carbs and protein now, I just try to keep the fats low regardless. Higher carbs and low fat is working best for me on my cycle now. It would be a future option for sure.
