Aromasin Dosage

I've started my Test and EQ cycle and had Aromasin as an AI that comes in a 25 mg capsule. I was recommended to take 12.5 Mg EOD but since it's not in pill form, I can't break the capsule in half.. IS it fine to take 1 capsule of 25 mg every 4TH day?

A lot of people advise against it, but i used to do that exact regimen all the time of 25mg e4d and my estrogen was completely fine. So speaking based off my body and experience, you shouldn’t have a problem.

How much test are you running? I'd say go 25mg E3D. Going 4 days is just going to cause a pretty big hormonal swing that could cause more sides, acne, etc

I completely agree, but just based off my body, when i did e3d my estrogen was crashed horribly.

But then again, OP give us some more details of your dosages.

i would say more a long the lines of 3 days and check mid cycle on bloodwork to see how you are responding
