What are your thoughts on arachidonic acid?

I had read about this post PH addition to banned list. Seems like an attempt to recover sales by the PH industry to me. Here's a quick link to a write up, link to a scientific study in article. Seems like you could better spend your money on gear, or SARMs than that crap.
