Maybe try apple cider vinegar and hopefully eventually you'll get used to the new amount of calories you're consuming

You can try caffeine pills, just don’t go crazy and eat half the bottle. But unfortunately you will just have to adjust to the calorie restriction. Personally I like to consistently complain to my wife that I’m hungry. It doesn’t help but it keeps me from eating. Haha
