It's for my wife.. So probably something over the counter [sort of speak]
She is on a calorie deficit and just like any of us running low carbs we get hungry more often.

200mg caffeine, 80mg asprin, 25mg ephedra (Bronkaid). All can be bought a local walmart or walgreens, CVS

Could also use primatene if bronkaid isn't available.
Just caffeine in general man. I drink two cups of coffee and my appetite is suppressed pretty well for a while
