Hi Dylan,
I am a 24 year old male weighing 150 lbs at 5'9". I am an extremely hard gainer, I simply don't have a huge appetite. I am 5% body fat. A little history, I have been extremely athletic since a very young age playing competitive soccer my entire life. 2 years ago I got really into lifting weights starting at 125lbs. I did not see huge mass but I got really shredded during the first year. Weight only went up to 130lbs. I started using testosterone last year and have ran 2 cycles, first at 300 Mg's a week and the second at 450 Mg's a week. Since then I have gone up to 150lbs and look bigger then before while still staying shredded at 5% bf. My goal is to get to 165-170 lbs. I am still very new to this and need some help on how to run tren with the hope that it will help me grow and break this plateau. Let me know what you think and if you would do anything different. Btw, I have been out of cardio for the past 2 years to avoid dropping any weight. But do plenty of walking at work for 12 hours. Enough to make me sweat. Again, any help will be appreciated.

im sorry bro but there's no way im advising steroid use to you... there are so many issues here and the LAST thing you need to be talking and/or thinking about is tren... no way on earth anyone is going to recommend that to you... i can't stand the excuse you gave about not eating properly... you can always figure that out if you want to but telling me you just "dont have an appetite" wont go over well with any one... i dont have a huge appetite either but i figure it out, just like any other area i may be lacking... if you really want something, you get it done... you used steroids being that far underweight already and that was a HUGE mistake... your going to stall out your gains at this point.. you used steroids to get to your natural weight... you could have done that with just learning how to eat and lifting longer.. 2 years is NOTHING... you need FAR MORE time in the gym before you use steroid... all you did was look for a shortcut to avoid having to do the work yourself and its going to cost you bro.. i hate to tell you that but you will see if you dont listen and decide to continue on this path... you've already wrecked a lot of yourself by running steroids too early, not to mention being this undersized.. you need to step back and completely reassess and go about this different or your just going to regret even more... trust me on this, your going to learn the hard way

Big mistake taking steroids bro.. Just bad decision making on your end and just plain recklessness. I didn't even start growing till I was 23 which means those years you grow your base naturally and natural test is all you need. You have so much flowing through your body at that point if you just eat in a surplus the sky is the limit.

You young guys have no patience and it's sad to see cause you just end up fucking yourself up in the long run. Hopefully your PCT coming off those cycles was good.

You are exactly the opposite of who should be using steroids brother. You are in no condition to use them. You must have a proper foundation built naturally by knowing how to train and eat properly for gains, which you clearly do not know how to do.

If you don't have a huge appetite, what do you think steroids are going to do? The fuel must be there to build the muscle with the right diet or you don't grow, no matter what you are on. Muscles aren't built from tun air.

You need to learn how to eat, and learn how to eat what your body needs for growth. That's all you need right now. Once you get your diet down maybe we can set you up with a sarms stack, but for now your goal is getting your diet worked out.

Please check out this thread, so you can see what you need to do, and get a solid diet plan together https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

umm brother that was not good. Did you try getting up in calories with some weight gain powders? Any attempts on your part, any effort..hard effort would have gotten your weight up.What is the big hurry here? I and many on here are twice your age, and it took a long time to get in top shape. Here is a secret...there is no secret except hard work and there comes a time when steroids are in the picture. For you, now is not the time. You should let your body normalize for another 2-3 years.Good food, hard workouts.

OP, you're getting great advice from everyone here. I can relate to what Angelo said about his body not starting to grow until 23. I can remember my metabolism being so fast after playing college sports that I couldn't get over 200lbs if I tried! I'm going to go a little old man here.....back when I was your age there was no internet where you could simply search "body building diet" and find plan after plan...or even a link like RR gave to you. You had to know someone in your gym who did a show and then hope they'd share their diet. That was my reality and I know many guys in here had the same experience.

Fast forward a lot of years....I'm now in my early 40s and have trained hard for the last 20 years. I just started my first AAS cycle a few months back and took MOST of the advice that the guys that are posting gave to me. My dosage is low....200-250 per week of my substances. They would disagree with me taking things besides Test but it is what it is. That struggle I spoke about going over 200lbs is a thing of the past. I'd LOVE to have my metabolism that fast again but that just isn't going to happen. The old saying youth is wasted on the youth becomes truer as you get older! I've gained 20 lbs of muscle so far and am stronger than I've ever been in my life. I had maxed out my ability to grow before this....I believe thats why my gains have been so good. My point is put in your work and listen to what these guys are telling you; they have your best interests in mind.

When I started lifting I was 5'10" and roughly 135 lbs. I worked out hard and ate a ton and eventually got up to 155ish where I stalled. I stayed there for quite a long time because I had the mindset that I was a "hard gainer" and just couldn't eat enough. I felt like I had been a 4 cylinder and was now a V6 but couldn't consistently keep on the road because I was always low or running out of fuel. I am so glad I didn't jump on AAS. That would be like throwing in a souped up V8 in that same car. Sure, I might go fast for a bit but I'd burn through that fuel even faster and end up in a worse situation. You've GOT to be able to feed that engine for it to function properly. Anyway, you know what made a difference and finally changed???? I ate. That's it. I ate when I was full, I ate in the middle of the night, I ate even when it felt like I would vomit. "Hard gainer" is a mindset, not a medical conditon. Don't use it as an excuse or reason. Decide that you will eat more and then do it. No pill, oil, drink, etc will do more for you than your determination. Once you are one that road with endless gas stations and a pocketful of gas money, THEN get that bad ass V8. Until then be proud of your V6. Keep pushing it and when you see that guy in th 4 banger struggling, stop to give him some help.

Hey man take this from someone who was in your shoes. When I started lifting I was 150lbs soak and wet and could bench about 150. I was a hard gainer! I went from 150-200 in 4 years taking NOTHING! You have to work hard in the gym and eat! That's all there is to it, focus on getting stronger. When you can bench 300, squat 400, deadlift 500 take a look in the mirror you won't be a 150lbs. That's all I focused on was getting stronger eating enough and sleeping. You do not need or have any business taking steroids! Never in my dreams did I think I could lift what I lift now. I thought if I could just bench 225 that would be awesome now I'm benching almost 400lbs and that was before I ever even thought about steroids.
