Advice on coming off cycle and back to TRT dose

It’s my last week running a 300mg Test E cycle for 10 weeks. I will be going back down to my original 140 TRT dose.

Right now I’m taking 6.25mg Aromasin EOD and it’s working well. On Monday, when I drop back down how long should I still take the Aromasin? I have no problems with Estrogen and do not need AI on 140 a week. Just don’t want to crash my estrogen.

Ok so you know you drop down to your trt dose and continue. St least that’s covered lol. I would say continue on eod for one week and then twice a week for one week and you should be good.

I'd stay on your AI dose for two weeks past your cycle dosage of test. Them the aromatization should be low enough afterwards that you can stop the AI

2 weeks should be plenty and then you can stop using it... very very very few times do i see anyone needing to run an ai at doses that low...
