I am 51 and I've been lifting most my life. I'm a big guy, 6', 255lbs, 14% body fat with about 20" arms. Gaining size has never been a problem. I do take test as a HRT under advice from my doctor, low dosage. Anyway, my problem is I have never really been able to cut well. I watch my diet very close and track everything I eat. I lift 5 to 6 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week for at least 30 to 35 minutes at a time. Looking to try GW and SR and see if it can help. Since I don't really want to gain anymore size but I don't want to lose any either. Will these two be enough to get me where I want or should I add some other type of muscle builder. Of course, I could easily increase my test. And what dosage should I run? Thanks for your help.
