I've done AC before, so have a few people i know. its pretty good. similar to ostarine/lgd. if you are looking for lean gains/fat loss stack some retatrutide/tirzepatide with it. if you want to bulk then go with GHRP-2 for appetite and GHRP-6 for less appetite and lean gains.

Yes i did. What really intrigued me was the fact that it's a mild sarm meaning not a full agonist like rad140 or lgd. Im not looking for crazy muscle gains.

Definitely you can try running it and see how you like it. It's always best to stack SARMs though for best results.

I think you'll be fine on this setup, but I agree with stacking. It's very important to stack these for best results.

Update. Its been 4 days in barely. 10mg each morning. Feel more energetic at work not like caffeine type but good feeling. More focus at the gym. It does burn when u take it but just for a bit but its due to the solvent they use to make it.

If Ostarine worked well for you, AC-262 should also give good results, though it's generally considered less researched. Dosage is usually around 10-20mg per day, but start low to assess tolerance. I'd stick to an 8-week cycle max.
