I am 35 year old recreational bodybuilder. I have been training since
I was 15. I have as of date not used any anabolics. This was on
purpose. I didn't want to use them until mid 30's. I am now at that
age.

I am 5 ft 8, currently 185lbs, 12% body fat. My physique is far from
perfect- many improvements can and will be made with or without
anabolics. I am not using these thinking it will make up for lagging
body parts.

I like the idea of what you preach. Safe moderate amounts of
anabolics. Nothing crazy. I plan to do this
for the long term. Basically everything that you advise about using
anabolics is what I have been after. As opposed to the more is more
approach of the bro's at the gym

1) What would you advise for first cycle, pct, time off and the same
for second and third cycle?
Or at my age, do you advocate Blasting and Cruising?

2) I have seen results of Tren used sensibly and would like to work up
to using Tren in 3-4 years depending on how long my first few cycles
take. From your videos it seems you wouldn't advise Tren until much
later on. However you always add the caveat that if used sensibly
Tren can be used sooner. Is using Tren on a third cycle too soon?

3) Lastly, I really like the look of the Men's Physique guys like Ryan
Terry, Jeremy Buendia and Steve Cook not to mention Sadik. I have seen
and read a lot about the drugs the Men's Physique guys use. Most of it
comes down to Tren it seems. I don't trust half the stuff on the net
so wondered if you could shed any light on what you would expect a MP
athlete to use in their off season followed by their competition build
up. Just a general approach as each athlete would differ. I don't
think I will ever compete, but I would like to 'a year in the life' of
a MP athlete to see how my body responds and then decide if I have
what it takes to compete.

hey bro... let me address everything for you... here's what bothers me.. you asking about cruising.. you ONLY do that if you have an issue with low T... you don't just "do it" because others are... so if that's not the case, then no, absolutely not... it gets thrown around WAY WAY WAY too lightly... i cant say when tren would be okay for you.. you cannot determine that until you have ran a few cycles and see how you respond to lighter compounds first.. your asking an impossible question there... in your time in between cycles, that is when you go with a sarms bridge... if your not familiar with sarms, start by reading my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

sarms are a major game changer and will be something you should utilize.. having them to use without the steroid side effects yet yielding huge results will be so big for you...

for your first cycle, i will make it very easy for you... here are the links for everything you need to purchase followed by the layout...

Welcome to the board. Nicely written 1st post.

At 5'8 and 185 you sound like you have a good base. Nice job building it up natty.

You're following a smart "slow and steady" protocol, having said that; take ONE cycle @ a time. And cycle means AAS, nutrition, supps, OCT, PCT, and blood tests.

I didn't start competing until I was 41, so it can be done. But it's not for everyone. It's a COMPLETELY different world.

Welcome to the board OP!

Nothing to really add here.. Dylan laid out a solid approach and eliminated all the guess work for you. Like EZ said.. focus on one cycle at a time.

Hi Dylan

Thank you clarifying. Excellent information as usual.

Is there an alternative to hCG? Perhaps a combination of products that can somewhat mimic hcg? Trouble with HCG is that it is very difficult to get hold of in the UK.

no there really is not... you can run a test booster there but thats laughable compared to hcg... you should be fine without it on this cycle being so mild but as you run heavier cycles, if you do in the future, your going to need it... you will be fine this one but im always on the cautious side with my recommendations...

Bump this, better safe than sorry.
