I'm 49 and been working out for at least 10 years but not very serious. I have crohns disease so there are a lot of times my work outs are disrupted for weeks at a time.
I'm 6'2 and weigh about 235. I've been hitting the gym here a lot harder this go around and have been taking esl test. I've seen some results but lose it fast if I don't work out for a few days.
I was going to look into steroids monitored by a doctor, but like the idea of sarms alot more.
My goal is to bulk up and lose some weight. I'd also like more energy/stamina to go longer workouts.
Any recommendations as to what stacks and dosages I would need to get to where I'd like to be?
