4 weeks today into my triple stack I and I've lost some body fat and gained a bit of muscle I could of been a bit better as for training and dieting but I'm happy with the results so far. I'll post more pictures at 8 weeks

Very nice results so far, when you look at that it should be more motivation to also get that diet dialed in and the workout regimen. I slowly crept into once I started seeing the results it got easier and easier to eat better and better.
Thanks to you all for your kind words and support it really means a lot. By coming to the forum frequently reminds me to keep on point and reading all your threads inspire me to keep pushing... a lingering back problem I have slows me down a bit and limits me to what I can achieve and I eat only healthy foods but some days I struggle keeping an eye on my macro intake but as I keep going experience and consistency will fix this......I must of been real naive to think I was 15% bf when I started haha more like20-25%
Oh and to reply to rockmfhudd I feel brilliant man better than I have for a long time recovery is Great- Depression is near non existent my speed and power is up and recovery and cardio is 10 fold so I'm looking forward to the rest of the cycle

ya man keep your eye on the end result you see some but think of what it could be if you stay focused and think of it this way every time you take your eye off and slip diet wise its just that much more of a hurdle for you to cross, we always have your back here for questions concerns and support bro
