yes or no to HGH or ??

I've tried lifting weights to really no avail as always had rather scrawny arms,and just can't seem to put on any muscle mass.

Just watched ur vid on HGH and I must admit curious but not in a rush to try it,just wanting a good way to put some muscle on my upper body and to keep myself fit and healthy ,as I continue to grow old.

Thx for any hand all flights, suggestions,and advice.
 
thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…
