S4 or rad?

Hey guys, earlier this year I ran lgd for 12 weeks alone and had pretty decent results. I'm looking to add to that and was wondering what would be better, s4 or rad. I'm always looking to add mass, and obviously get my bf% down all little also. At the same time, I'm not trying to spend $400 a month. My stats are: 37 years old. 6ft. 180lb. Bf% 14. Thanks for any suggestions
 
I would run them both if your budget allows....LGD for clean mass more so the S4, but S4 can provide a huge increase in strength and muscle hardening
 
For both mass gains and bf loss, S4 is the way to go. I'd run both with gw for a recomp myself which is significantly under $400/month.

If you're just wanting to try rad in place of lgd to see how it affects you, you can do that. It'll make the stack more expensive though.

I personally still recommend the same thing. You can run both GW and S4 for less cost than the rad. I love rad, but s4 and gw are more conducive to your goals imo.

but the real power trio is LGD/S4/Rad with gw thrown in... thats taking it to the max... anything less,is just less. :)

its a tough call... if your looking for the best combination stack with lgd, then clearly it comes down to the goal... you can still drop body fat with rad and it will add more size... generally, im always going to go with the combo of s4 and lgd as it has some of the best synergy for any pair but in this circumstance, i would have to go with RAD being the best option..

I would add GW for sure. I think it's perfect to have in there for any cycle. The best thing in my opinion is to run the RAD, with LGD, GW, and S4. That is one hell of a stack right there
