First of all, sorry for my poor english, i'm brazilian...
So, my ostarine just arrived home and i have some doubts, i never used anything this kind
I was thinking in change my dose every 7 days, so, 25mg/12,5/25/12,5/25, because i want to minimize the collateral effects even if it means lost of potential gains
taking my doses like this, would you guys say that i need a ptc? if yes, which one? what dose? how much time?

You never want to fluctuate hormone levels like that. Yes, Ostarine is mildly suppressive but it is still hormonal. You run the proper dose and stick with it. 25mg per day.
