Hello I've been weight training for about two years and looking to really increase my strength/mass and lean out at the same time.
Currently 5'10, 180lbs and about 13-15% bf.
This would be my first ever sarms cycle.
I've heard you praise a running a stack of Lgd-4033 along with s4. Wondering if you think I should go all in with a stack or just start with one.
Also, should I run them for 8 weeks or 12 weeks my first time?
Would you recommend running anything along side to contradict shut down? Or will running the mini pct afterwards be sufficient.
It looks like the 12 week recomp stack is what will be best for me.
Let me know if I'm right on dosing here
GW - 20mg dosed in am
LGD - 10mg dosed all at once am
S4 - 25mg in the am 25mg 6 hours later
Would you suggest running the S4 five days on and two off due to the possible sides?
