What would you recommend for a first cyle to get shredded and build muscle? Im at around 16% body fat and weigh 165. Hope this message finds you well.
 
You need to provide more information about yourself.

Age, weight, background, specific goals.

Have you done any research into the matter? What are your specific questions as GH and utilizing your own bodies GH are big subjects.

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…



getting shredded is NOT about what you use man, its about how consistent and disciplined your diet and training is...
