27years old, height - 1.93cm, weight - 98kg, training 2 years. My first cycle was test 100mg/week and Anavar 10mg/day for 12 weeks. Pct nolvadex and clomid for 4 weeks.
Today I would like to get 10% body fat(now it's 14%) and get more strength, thanks.

8-14 winstrol 50mg per day
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

Those last weeks look especially awesome. Very interesting compound, Winstrol.
You can do that if you want bro, but I wouldn't. Anavar is weak as fuck and doesn't offer much to men. It's meant for women to take. Winstrol blows it out of the water in every way

i would not change to anavar at all.... that will be rather disappointing in comparison to winstrol... you can run test prop here... i would keep it 10-12 weeks... test prop and winstrol with s4 and gw... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...

Hey dylan, how did you decide to increase the testosterone dosage to 525mg per week versus 350mg from rickrock ? Just out of curiousity. I was seeing that he only took 100mg a week first cycle. I did 350mg a week my first cycle and second cycle was thinking only 350 as well but contemplating to see if I should bump it to 500
