IU and dosing HCG

I was watching your video on dosing hcg and I’m confused as to how you measure or how much an IU is.

If I have a syringe that says 100 units does that mean it is 100 IU?

Ok so I figured out what an IU is.

If I have a 6000 IU vial, in order to get say 300 IU per injection how much bio static water do I put in the vial?

A 1:1 ratio? So 6 ml?

Which means I would fill the needle to the 3?
