Correct dosing

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Is the ml of SAMSX liquid convert to this?
S4 0.5ml 2x daily
GW 1ml 1x daily
MK 1ml 1x daily

Your MK-2866 should be @ 25mg's a day (50 mg's) per Ml…. which converts to 0.5 ml a day….one bottle last 8 weeks @ 30 ml's a bottle

You changed the S4…..should be 0.5ml..twice a day like you had originally
The only Sarm/Serm I know of is dosed @0.25ml is SR9009

My S4 is 30ml/ 50mgs/ml, so splitting it to 2x a day should be 0.50 each dose, correct? I was right the first time not the second response. Sorry I mix myself up sometimes...Lol.
