SARMS Benefits Reference List: By Dylan Gemelli

I wanted to put together a list of SARMS benefits in the order I would rank them so everyone has a reference guide!

Understand that the separation on some of these is razor thin so just because they are rated 1-5 does not mean there is a huge gap in differences on some but this is the order I would personally rank them!

Make sure to watch my videos on these topics as well!

Thank you so much for posting this! Amazing information as usual and you are greatly appreciated by us all sir! Thank you for providing us amazing information and content!

make sure you study up on these. the dosages are flexible. but these are the standard amounts you want to go with. make sure you post up a thread if you plan on using any of these so we can give you feedback! wish i had access to these sarms years ago, we are blessed today to have options with both sarms and peptides that we never had!

Great reference. Worth noting that in the healing/recovery category, research peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 are often stacked alongside the SARMS listed here — particularly MK2866 and MK677 — for connective tissue and injury recovery applications.

BPC-157 covers tendon/ligament repair through a different mechanism than MK2866 (VEGFR2 signaling and angiogenesis vs. androgen receptor agonism), so they work complementarily rather than redundantly. The combination is commonly discussed for things like partial tendon tears, joint inflammation, and post-surgical recovery.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) adds the systemic actin-sequestering/cellular migration piece — particularly useful for muscle belly injuries that aren't directly addressed by SARMS alone.

For anyone running a healing/recovery stack with SARMS and adding peptides: the stack order of priority is typically BPC-157 first (injury-specific), MK2866 second (muscle/bone preservation), MK677 third (GH pulse/sleep quality), with TB-500 added if the injury has a significant soft tissue/structural component.
