Cutting off blood flow to the limbs to trap blood in the muscles and also increase lactic acid. The high level of lactic acid stimulates intramuscular receptors that subsequently accelerate the increased secretion of growth hormones from the pituitary gland.
Its funny seeing these things develop. In my opinion the gym is not a lab. There isn't much science that goes into it. I call BS!
